We are a group of neighbours and other concerned individuals who are opposed to the proposed housing development at 185 Carmarthen St in the South End of Saint John, NB. Group members include those that are concerned about poverty and affordable and accessible housing and see this potential housing project as not only inappropriately addressing the housing needs of its potential tenants but also as having a long and short term determental impact on our neighbourhood, its tenants and our city.
