Welcome Back to the Blog!
I first want to thank everyone for their kind words of encouragement and for the many suggestions. Knowing that there may actually be someone listening to my show has made a world of difference to my preparations and choices.
I am not shy in stating that “the bar has been risen” a little higher, and I hope you find that I’ve met the challenge.
David Boyle has another great “Obscure & Oblique” Episode (#14) and he looks into “Beatle-MashUps.” Once again it’s insightful and entertaining. I can’t tell you how lucky I am to have his contribution to the show.
As I mentioned earlier, I find putting my weekly show together a little more challenging, now that I am including the “podcast-blog” element. I find myself looking for more music, further afield and tracking down a little more background material than before.
It means a little more work, but I hope you feel that it is worth the effort (all on my part, of course).

Follow-up comment rss or Leave a TrackbackHey there! Sitting at my desk listening to the second podcast and really liking it. A little edgier than the first, maybe … good stuff.
But damn! I go to leave a comment and the music is interrupted.
Sorry for that. You may want to try opening another browser for commenting… Or… wait until the the show is over… Or… reload the show and move the time bar to the show’s time spot you left it at.
I’m always full of good suggestions
Thanks for the nice comments mj.
Have enjoyed listening to your show this morning, especially the Micah P. Hinson songs. Will bookmark you and come back more.
Thanks for the kind comments “Waymon.”
I like “Micah P.” quite a bit.
I’ll see about adding a little more next week.
